The AEuromotive “Collective” Site was developed to create an environment where users can access, post and retrieve information and share ideas related to repairing vehicles manufactured by European Automobile manufacturers. Although such information shares common knowledge, it is always recommended that all available factory repair manuals, CDs, and other resources be considered before attempting to perform repairs recommended on our AEuromotive Technical Support Group AEuro “Collective” Site.
You expressly understand and agree that by posting information on this ATSG Site, you grant AEuromotive, Inc. an irrevocable, indefinite, world-wide, royalty free, non-exclusive license to sub-license, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, modify, and adapt any such information.
All posted information placed to this AEuromotive “Collective” Site becomes the property of AEuromotive, Inc. which reserves the right, but shall not be obligated to, publish any of the BBS (Bulletin Board Site), in whole or in part, or make such other uses of it as AEuromotive, Inc., Inc. sees fit.
Any Training Seminars, Videos, Manuals or materials that are used for the sole purpose of Training are copyrighted materials of AEuromotive Inc. They are the sole ownership of AEuromotive Consultant, Inc., and anyone that uses this information MUST solely gain a written permission from AEuromotive Consultant Inc. for the use of this material. Failure to do so will bring upon lawsuits to regain loss of revenue to to the unlawful use of the copyrighted and Trademarked materials.
Any Technician, Shop Owner, Facility of Automotive Repair or otherwise MUST pay AEuromotive rights to partake in Training with AEuromotive Consultant, Inc. If the person who is to get this training fails to appear for the specific date and training event will NOT receive a refund, but credited towards a future Training Event. NO Exceptions. NO Refunds!!
Service rendered will be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the Event. If Event is cancelled or postponed to another date, AEuromotive will reschedule the Event to another date that will convenience AEuromotive Consultant, Inc. NO Exceptions!!
I. Members of the AEuromotive Technical Support Group Site Conduct
A. You understand and agree that all information submitted to this AEuromotive “Collective” Site, whether publicly or privately, is the sole responsibility of the person providing the information. You are solely responsible for all content that you submit to this AEuromotive “Collective” Site, and for any ramifications that may result as a result of said submission.
B. You agree not to use this AEuromotive “Collective” Site to:

h.) falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity; impersonate any person or entity, or use an identity that is false or untrue;
i.) manipulate identifying factors to disguise the origin of any posted content;
j.) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law;
k.) harm anyone or person in any way;

VI. Termination of Service

You agree that your account may be terminated without prior notice under any provision of this Terms & Condition Policy and that this AEuromotive “Collective” Site Group shall not be liable to you or any third party as a result of the termination of your access.
Also, you agree to a 30 Day Notice via email, or typewritten notification of your cancellation of participation and membership MUST be sent to AEuromotive, Inc.. Otherwise, your Membership will not be terminated, except through the next subscription payment date.
Invalid payments (eg. Credit Card, PayPal, Checks etc.) that fail to process will cause an immediate disconnection of services from AEuromotive, Inc. without notification
The Terms & Condition Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and AEuromotive Technical Support Group Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and this AEuromotive “Collective” Site. This site is created and controlled by AEuromotive, Inc., a Florida corporation.
As such, the relationship between you and this AEuromotive “Collective” Site shall be governed solely and exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida. The construction, validity, and performance of this Terms & Condition Policy shall be governed solely and exclusively by, and construed solely and exclusively in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, and the parties expressly waive its choice of law rules. VII. Training Sessions & Seminars
ALL Training, whether is is performed LIVE, in House, ONLINE, Recorded and Streamed to Video or Server MUST be PAID once Scheduled for the appropriate Date. Any cancellation of Attendance MUST be called in via phone and Noted by receiver of Appointment, AND an Email Notice from the Attendee. This MUST be performed 72 Hours prior to the Date of Attendance.
Any notification by AEuromotive, AND ZehnRing Solutions, will be emailed to the Attendee 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of the Seminar or Session. Any cancellation by the Attendee will be rescheduled for the next Seminar or Session Date. Furthermore, if cancellation takes place by AEuromotive, or ZehnRing Solutions, a rescheduled Date will be announced to the Attendees
at least 72 hours ahead for rescheduling or refunding of the Seminar or Session.
NOTE! ONLY AEuromotive or ZehnRing Solutions can apply a credit or total refund to the Training. Cancellation of attendance by the Attendee will NOT receive an EXACT REFUND, or a CREDIT applied towards the next Training Event will be issued. NO REFUNDS!
